to disconnect and drag their computers into a local shop for service
only to wait weeks for it to be returned.

satisfied and comfortable with your computer service experience. I do
this by coming to your home or business and repairing your PC or
Network for you! After providing an initial diagnosis and estimate, I
can complete most needed upgrades or repairs on-site, ensuring that
your computer system(s) work properly before I leave. All of this for a
price
that is competitive with what many shops charge for carry-in service. I
do not charge for travel to and from your home or office.
I concentrate my
efforts exclusively on home
and small office computer users such as yourself that require greater
attention to detail and personalized service. I do not maintain any
retail stores, which allows me to keep costs low in order to provide
you with competitive rates.
I will do
everything in my power to make
having your computer or network service a positive experience. This
means speaking in non-technical, easy-to-understand terms and
explaining to you exactly what’s wrong and what your options
and estimated costs are. It also means taking whatever extra steps are
necessary to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service.
